Because of the
position of their eyes, rabbits have a field of vision of almost 360� and can see behind
their heads. However, the one place they can't see is right in front of their noses.
Rabbits don't like
being picked up - they are prey animals and associate anything that comes at them from
above with a predator.
In the wild, a
rabbit will eat the equilavent of five first division football pitches.
Rabbits have a
360� field of hearing. Their ears can move in all directions, and can turn independently
of each other.
