Hi! Im CHARLIE CHINCHILLA. Im VERY intelligent, playful, friendly and incredibly cuddly with all my soft, thick fur. Im a creature of habit and like my daily routine to be as normal as possible! Im nocturnal but, because Im sociable I will adapt my routine so you can play with me, but I would be grateful if you would do it at the same time every day.

I like lots of room so I can climb, run around and play with all the great toys youll give me. Heres a tip, though, give me a metal cage, because if you give me a wooden one, Ill chew through it until I can get out.

I know that humans like to freshen up and relax with a long, hot soak in the bath tub. Well, not me. It can actually be harmful to me to get too wet so instead, I like to roll around in my Charlie Chinchilla Bathing Sand. Its great fun and it also keeps my fur clean and shiny. Ill take a bath every day if youll let me, then Ill always be soft and cuddly for you to pick up.

Its a shame that youll want to sleep about the time I get home but, although youre naturally rather timid, I think if I offer you a little Treat youll come out to play.
